BackMax Wedge Cushions

The complete, multi-functional back support wedge cushion system now comes in standard or new "Extra-Wide"!

The BackMax and BackMax Plus wedge cushion sets support your entire body in way that is far superior to other wedges and cushions.  Each system includes three ergonomically shaped cushions that can be used togather or seperately in multiple position.  The attached covers are zippered to each other to create the populare "zero-gravity" position - support your entire body in stress-free position that's great for circulation.  Un-zip the cushions and use individually as a back wedge, under knee wedge, foot cushion and more.  See position ideas to right for some great ideas, or arrange to create your own! 

Choose either our standard width BackMax (20" wide" or upgrade to our new BackMax Plus which is 28" wide and comes with an upgraded fleece cover and storage bag.  Either way, you'll receive a free half roll pillow designed for use with your BackMax.

The contoured shape of the cushions match the natural curvature of the spine. The torso wedge flips for use in a full upright or lower reclining position. Use cushions together or unzip the wedges for individual use. Head elevation is great for acid reflux, indigestion, snoring and sinus congestion.
